Our story
We're a husband-and-wife team with three young boys. Baby Feed Timer was born after our first baby arrived and we found ourselves struggling to remember feeds — especially during the night — with scribbled scraps of paper all over the house.
My husband is a software developer and I'm an accountant with an eye for design, so in our bleary-eyed state we set about building the app we wished we had: one that did exactly what we needed for us and our baby.
Having our second and then third child helped us shape it further, and Baby Feed Timer has grown with our family ever since — always with the same focus: usability, and what parents and carers really want from an app for tracking their babies.
The feedback has been wonderful — from mothers, fathers, carers and even grandparents, many suggesting things they'd love to see added. It's that feedback we've spent the last sixteen years building on and improving.
We're extremely proud to have reached Number 1 in the Lifestyle category many times, and to be recommended by midwives and health visitors across the UK, as well as paediatricians in America. But the best part is the reviews and emails from parents, thanking us for making a tough time with a newborn a little bit easier.
We really hope you find the app useful, and that it makes this precious time with your baby a little easier — so you can focus on enjoying the smiles and the cuddles.

In their words
"Baby Feed Timer, an elegant app that makes tracking breastfeeding a cinch, with perks. The feed timer gives you 'left' and 'right' buttons — large buttons, thank goodness, so they're easy to hit if you're simultaneously cycling the baby through different feed positions. The best part? The 'analysis' screen."
"Timing nursing feeds is amazing to remind you where you started and left off. Nurses and doctors ask all sorts of details about feeding and nappies — with this app I have all the answers right here. Used it with my first child and it's just as great with my newborn."
"This has literally everything you need. Perfect app!"
Cleannah · Australia"As a first-time mum who struggles with memory, this app is brilliant for keeping track of when I last fed, which breast and how long for. It also gives statistical information — feeds on each breast, average time per breast. If you don't breastfeed it has bottle and expressing options too. Overall, a fantastic app!"
"I'm thrilled with this app — it makes tracking sleeping and feeding easy, and I love that you can edit entries retrospectively. The timeline analysis for sleep is brilliant and has helped me get my three-month-old sleeping through."
"It makes tracking everything so easy. I love that it's not a monthly subscription, well worth it."
AKFamily26 · United States"This is the best app out there! I've used it for the last 3 of my babies and I love being able to go back and look at their progress charts and remember them when they were little. This app's also so intuitive and easy to use and they've just gotten better through the years. Highly recommend!"
